Berk Came To Play

After the dinner on Saturday following the Tanner's sealing Berkley decided that he wanted to come home with TR and I to see our dogs, since he was recently a dog owner himself. Even though his dog-ownership was short lived, he still really likes dogs and wanted to come see mine. So he came to play with his Grimm Cousins. He wasn't quite sure what to think of Linus at first (he's really big compaired to Berk's shih tzu puppy) but after he convinced himself that he was really a nice dog (he kept saying that over and over and over) he was fine with him. He was okay with Mimi from the start cause he remembered Mimi from Grammy's house. He liked Fawn best, as most little kids do. She's just perfect little kid size. He thought it was pretty fun to play fetch with the dogs, especially once he found out that he could hold Mr. Tiger, pretend to throw him and the dogs would still run after it. He even got pretty tricky near the end.

He got so attached that he climbed right into Linus' kennel!!

He tried to climb into Fawn's but hers is a little smaller. Only his head fit.
(He's saying "Hey!! Mimi's licking my ear!!")

We loved having Berk come over and play with our puppies and he's invited to come "babysit" any time he wants! It was a good time. It was hard to go to bed when it was time. The dogs didn't want to go in their kennels and Berk didn't want to sleep in the room with the pink sheets and big flowers on the wall!

Congratulations Tanner Family!

The Tanner family got sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on Saturday! HOORAY!! It was a great experience to be in the temple with them as their family got sealed together for time and all eternity. I'm grateful we could be there!

They looked angelic all dressed in white. These sisters love each other so much.

So do these sisters.

Me and My Jeffrey (don't tell anyone, but I'm his favorite.)

He's trying to be a secret agent.

The temple looked SO beautiful on Saturday.

We're so excited for the Tanner family! Congratulations!

CAUGHT!

Blue Nosed and All!! Fawn got into some of TR's blue art supplies...and apparently they tasted pretty good.

Off To The Farm

Since Sarah and Johnny are on an Alaskan Cruise for their anniversary, Mom has Daniell for the week! Since mom has to work, and I'm currently unemployed I took her today while mom was at work. She had some fun playing with the puppies outside while I made lunch.

Linus is almost as big as she is!

She thought it was funny to look through the window like the dogs did.

After Grammy got off work, we went and got the Mabs and took her with us to the Thanksgiving Point Animal Farm. It was so fun to see all the farm animals!

I love Daniell's face in this picture.

One of the calfs licked Daniell's shirt!

The pony ride was lots of fun, but Mabs looked like she was about to fall asleep.

No trip would be complete without ice cream!! (Of course, truth be told, we started with the ice cream, but the statement is still true.)

It was a really fun day. I'm so glad to have these little kids to play and experience things with! Thanks for taking me with you Grammy!

For Old Time Sake...

I found these at my mom's house and thought I would post a few of them...for old time sake, and to show what a dang cute baby I was!

That tree is huge now.

That's my Berney.

I still have that doll at my mom's house.

Here's one of Nate. He's so cute too.

Now I just need to convince TR that it's okay for me to take pictures of him as a kid and scan them in too. ;)

Anika Got Married!

On June 13, Mom, Alan, and I (TR had to work. :( Sad.) made the loooooooooong journey to Altamont for Anika Carlson and Cameron Istilart's Wedding. Okay, so the drive wasn't that long, only 2 hours or so. It was such a pretty day. Sunshiney and B-E-A-UTIFUL! Mom unofficially addopted Cameron just recently, so Anika is now unofficially my real sister now. Yay! Here are some pictures.

It took a lot of work on Anika's Friend Melissa's part to get her hair curled.
Anika has a TON of hair.

She looks scared doesn't she? Hehe.

Mom made her dress of course.

Cindy had to tell the little girls how to be flower girls.

She was absolutely glowing, despite being nervous out of her wits.

I got a little artsy...or at least I tried to.

The woman who did their cake was amazing!

See those butterflies? They're made entirely out of frosting.

The bells, cupids, flowers and doves too.

It was a great wedding, and they looked so happy. It was great to be able to be there and share this special day with them.

For all those Puppy update watchers, I'm VERY pleased to say that Linus is looking up. He's getting stronger and better all the time. We still have to give him water through a syringe, but he's getting better. He took a nice long walk with me around the yard yesterday and went walking around the yard on his own today, which is completely opposite of what he was doing last week at this time, so I'm hopeful that he'll recover completely. Thanks for all your support! We love you!
