So- it's been acouple of weeks, but between school and work and labor day, and everything else that's been going on around here I just haven't had time to blog at all. So here's the Anniversary blog.
We went on a wonderful drive up the canyon.
It was windy, but still lovely.
And as is tradition, we had to have the cake top.
It wasn't really all that good...(some of you will be happy to know I didn't shove any in his face this time.)
It ended up going the way of all not so great cakes.
On monday I got to get all dolled up.We went and saw The Dark Night in the IMAX in Sandy. We got the nice Cricket seats too (big and leathery). Then we went and ate at The Roof on the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square. It was really cool. The food was good too. Then we just walked around temple square. We saw the Christus and got to talk to some of the sister missionaries, then just walked around. It was definately a memorable and happy experience.
